Default Alright to run this combo for a while?

I've got the following setup but I'm concerned about my CR:

LQ9 block bored .060 over
Cometic .045 head gaskets
Diamond Dished pistons w/ 2cc reliefs
Stock LQ9 heads (~71cc)

I'm not quite sure about the CR equation but I'm pretty sure that I'm running very low compression, somewhere in the 9-10 range. Is this going to be OK for a while (possibly 6 months to a year) until I figure out which setup for my heads that I should run (also of which I'm open to any and all suggestions as I haven't put much thought into it)? Am I going to need to gap my TR55's differently (from the .045-.050 they're at) according to the lower CR? I know I'm not getting what I could from this engine with the lower CR but I'm fine with that as I am just happy that I've got a running engine now. I can live with it for a while. Thanks in advance.
