cam install
I just finished installing a cam in my 04 GTO.When I first started it it had a really weird squeaking sound I'm wondering if it could have been the coolant on the belts or if it was a bearing starving for oil.It also has an engine light on now.Is this normal for a cam install with no tune?

do you have a stock converter. you need to get a tune bad for and a4 car. my car dynoed 297 rwhp stock tune with h/c made 370 with a tune. 70 rwhp is a huge difference in the butt o meter.

I took it out for a ride tonight to see how it does now that it's ccoler outside.According to my g meter the car is slower now I'm still waiting for my headers and it won't go to the dyno until sometime after they are in.I'm just kind of stressed about it because even without a tune I would think it would be faster.
