Default Simple valvetrain question.....????

Im gettin a custom comp 224/224 .581/581 111LSA cam and I am putting on the comp 918 springs (if anyone has them on here for a decent price) I was wondering is it going to be a big deal to reuse my stock pushrods, retainers and locks? I was going to use the $$ I save to get a rollmaster dual roller timing chain set....think I should be alright???

Default

Definatly save ya money on teh timin chain adn you NEED Hardend pushrods. I paid 105 for mine from Thunder racing. The 918 springs should be totally fine for that size cam. GL
