Exclamation brake vacuum problem after MS3 install

I had the MS3 installed yesterday but I'm having a brake vacuum problem. When slowing down and the RPMs drop below 1k I almost lose my brakes completely. They go all of the way to the floor and slightly slow me down. When the RPMs are above 1k my brakes are normal. Has anyone had this problem and if so how did you fix it.
Thanks
Justin

You fix it with a vacuum canister, but I would check for leaks first just to make sure.

There is a check valve that holds vaccum in the brake booster thing. Even if the motor is not making vaccum there is still vaccum for the brakes from when the motor did make good vaccum, IE: over 1k rpm and no throttle. I would check that this check valve is still working. It is a 90 degree plastic piece.

If it was a vacuum problem, the pedal should be harder to push since there is no power assistance. If the pedal is going to the floor really easy, it sounds like there is air in the lines, or the master cylinder is starting to go.

The brakes work fine when I'm driving its just when I stop and the rpms drop below 1k the pedal goes to the floor, there is pressure in the pedal it just goes to the floor. Do you suggest the canister or a vacuum pump? It would also be great if someone from TSP could chime in on this. Thanks
