..you could try:

1. an ls6 valley cover
2. block off one side of the valve cover breathers...
3. a much bigger catch can (3 inch pVC X 10 INCH LENGHT)
4. new pvc valve...
5. more restrictive hose connected to the TB

.... I don't have any oil in my catch can or intake...

If you are still getting oil, there's a couple things to do. One, the hose that runs from teh PCV to the can, increase the lenth of that hose, add as much as you can. This will give the oil/air mixture time to cool more, and a higher % of the oil will be collected in the can. the next thing I"d do is put a small clear fuel flite,r like a lawnmower one or somethign in the hose that goes to the TB from the valve cover, see if the oil is going in thru that opening as well. Hope this helps.

One thing I am about to try that a buddy of mine with a '99 Cobra does is he has one of those Air compressor filters spliced in his PCV tract, he said it made a world of difference. I think I have decided to try it instead of grinding on the block to get the LS6 valley cover to work.
