Default can I get some final recommendations-mid cam/heads swap, need advice

well I managed to forget a few parts I need to order, wanted to check with the "experts" to make sure there's nothing else I need.

Here's what I'm doing
2000 WS6 40k miles-car ran poorly when bought, 2 bent pushrods could have contributed to that.

have motor top end tore down. Heads off, just gotta pull the crank pulley and start build up.

I have
Patriot 5.3 stage 2 heads shaved about 10 thousandths.
tsp 231/237 cam-used from Nasty Nate
LS6 style intake-bought used off ebay with ported Fbody throttle body
Mac headers-bought used from Nasty Nate with y-pipe
Ported LS6 Oil Pump-bought used from SupaRich here!
7.35 hardended Pushrods used from someone on forums, can't remember name sorry!

have coming
gasket set from TSP with new crank bolt. Not sure what size crank bolt is? I think it's a GM gasket set, as I wanted stock headgaskets.
New intank pump 255+ honestly I forget, salesman recommended big one, I bit on it.
ARP head stud kit

what I forgot
Timing chain set---anyone have part # for the LS2 kit-and is it direct bolt on.
Injectors-will stock 2000 year work? or should I go with #30 FMS/Ford injectors
intake gaskets- guy at TSP said the stock LS6 should work ok
Coolant tube, plugs for the LS6 swap duh!

What I have ?'s about---- I have heads off, but haven't scraped old gaskets off. How do I protect engine from all the scrap that will be bound to fall into cylinders and into the lifter valleys?

I have replacement motor mounts for my car, seems I should just do it now since access seems so much better?

any ideas?
thanks
