new install...what oil to "flush" the motor with?

new install...what oil to "flush" the motor with? New heads, cam and lifters are going in. What oil should i use for the break in?? Something to just run through the motor for a few hundred miles and then drain.
10w30 just regular oil?? will that do?

I just ran Wallmart's SuperTech 10W-30 for around 100-200 miles after the swap then changed back to my usual oil. For the oils short interval just use whatever is cheapest.
