LS1 to LS6 swap 99 Z-28 (A4) Convertible
I have located an LS6 out of an 02 Z06 Vette with low miles to swap over to my Z-28. Please tell me everything I should have off the Vette to do a swap and other things I will need to make this as easy as possible? Do I need the flywheel, engine harness and computer, fuel rails and injectors?
I know I will need headers and want to use Kooks long tube 1 3/4 or 1 7/8 and a Y pipe (no emissions nessesary here) and have been told this will bold right up and the LS6 intake. Are there any issues I need to be aware of that may cause extra headaches?

they are the same engine. the intake, heads, and cam are the only difference. If the ls1 block has low miles might be easier to just swap the top end only. make sure to use the z06 push rods(a bit longer).
