Default help car wont start-fuel pump problem?

went to my car to start it and it turns over but wont start. I have a 2001 z28 A4. Turned the key to ON and did not here the fuel pump kick in. My question is what is the location of the fuel pump fuse and the fuel pump relay on the 98-02 models. Also, if it is my fuel pump does anyone have recommendation for good fuel pumps under 350 dollars?

Default

-The relay and fuse are under the hood behind the driver side headlight.
Try this: Floor it when you are trying to start it. if it works then its your coolant temp sensor. If it doesn't work i'de still look at the coolant temp sensor.
