rebuild
Would like to rebuild my stock ls1. Want to put a big shot of nitrous on it some where in the range or 200 or 250. I dont want to bore the motor out keep everything stock size. Can I get some spec. on what size pistons, rods, and rings to get. On top of that I know that I want to go with a big cam but dont know what is the best set up of nitrous. Would like to redo the stock heads just put better rocker arms and springs in them. Any ideals would help thanks!!!

It is more cost effective just to send your block in for rebuilt or exchange it.
200>250 shot is not small so forged piston/rod is desired and proper ring gap as well.
I would say a piston with gas reliefs will help a lot.
1st order is know your budget, then add 20% on top for finished product.

I plan on doing all the work myself but I am just not sure what size i need to get. I knew I need to get forged pistons and rods. As far as price goes what ever it cost to do. I have already price out most of it. Also to do with the price is the reason why I was going to just upgrade the stock heads and not buy new ones. One other thing is that I just want to put the motor together and have it be strong for a year or so. I going to go with a big motor and some boost down the road.
