I'm curious as to if anyone has seen/is currently using these heads ? I realize there is a lot of similar heads comming out of the wood works right now, but I'm still curious to see if these are any different.

Yup those have been around for quite awhile. 995 each. 
GM world challenge cars are mandated to use them. Good midflow numbers, to better utilize the GM ASA and GAC cams.

So coupled with my x3, I could be looking for some decent numbers I take it then ? I really like the mid-lift flow numbers, but isnt a 250cc intake a lot ?
