Default Patoit valvesprings?

I ordered some Gm MLS head gaskets and Patroit Gold valvesprings from Gunnar at Patroit.Good customer service, answered all the questions that I had, highly recommend them for any performance needs. Thanks Gunnar
One question,What does everybody think of Patroit Gold springs Ive installed them on my friends cars, but it will be my first set,Ill be changing my afr205 stock springs to the golds while using the same retainers and locks, anybody had any bad luck with them?I think I already decided the GT-11 from Lingenfelter For my LME 408
