AFR 205 porting question for those who know.

Any harm in porting the exhaust openings to match the header? AFR openings are more oval & want to enlarge by making them round to match the header.

Thought maybe the oval shape may be there as an enhancement for air flow.

I wouldn't open it up. You want the header to be slightly larger (~1/8") than the exhaust port... don't match them.

I would not touch the porting.
Call Tony @ AFR if you have any QA about those heads.
