Jesel J2k torque specs

Does anyone know where I can find the torque specs for the stand and rocker shaft bolts?

55 and 25 I want to say. JESEL has instructions on their site last time I checked.

Seems Jesel has updated their site. The instructions don't seem to be working. I keep getting a 404 Error.
