Has there been any real life dyno test of LSx with 1.7 vs 1.8 rockers ? Is there any gain with stock pcm ?

Gains are there, but you need upgraded valve springs.

Those are some nice gains. The first and last pull are the ones to look at right because that second one was with the mods before the rockers and the converter locked.

I picked up 44 RWHP with a combination of L.G. Motorsports long tube headers and Crane 1.8:1 rocker arms.

Lou at L.G. told me that his experience has shown that his headers are worth 20 to 25 RWHP on a Vette like mine. That leaves the rockers worth 19 to 24 RWHP. I'll take as much of that free horsepower as I can get.

i've never dyno'ed with a locked converter.
