power out of a 5.3

power out of a 5.3
as the title says...what kind of power can i actually get out of a cammed and tuned 5.3 depending on cam?...any suggestions on a cam...the car is going to be a street car and be used on a road course here and there
and the serp belt/ bracket system is no good to me?....i'd have to use a camaro front bracket system for my car?

i would like to see some responses to this post also. I am building a 5.3 too and here is my mods list so far:
Lingenfelter 222/222 .566" cam with ls6 springs
ported TB
headers
no emissions
no engine fan
computer retune
ls2 timing chain
descreened MAF
Th350 trans
Stock is 290Hp at the flywheel, i'm hoping for 400 at the fly, sound possible?
Any other suggested mods.
Hope my suggestions help.

You should look over at www.performancetruck.net since the 5.3 is a truck engine. There are a lot of guys over there running cammed 5.3's making some good power.
