Default Broken block tab

Just rebuilt my ls1 and I broke one of the block tabs where the bellhousing mounts to the block....dumb move on my part. Anyway is this something that can be repaired or do I have to get a new block?

Mine is broke on the driver side, ive been without it for about 2 years now.

probably be able to have it welded back on as long as it isnt an extremly stressful or precise area... but thats just my guess

Yep top driver side is where I broke mines. Do you see much track time? I live 5 mins away so I go a couple times a month. Thanks

happened to me on my Cobra aluminum block...Ended up causing a lot of problems down the road, messed up a brand new viper T56 on me...But i have an LS1 now, and it's all good
