Ok I have both sets here with me, the 144530's where designed for later LS1's 2000-2002. the crane 10530's where made for standard small blocks and also early LS1's98-99. My question here is, i know the 10530's work in all LS1 apps. and LT1 apps...but the 144530's, does anyone know if they will work in LT1's? I am building a few LT1's now and i have always used 10530's in them..but i would assume the 144530's would also work since the 10530s work in ls1 and lt1 apps? I called crane and i couldnt get a straight answer, i will take a pic of them tomorrow and show the difference between the two..they are both the same length and width, but the lifter body where it rides in the lifter bore is different so i dont know if it would get adaquate oiling? Any info would help, thank's,
