what cam w/ "mongoose" heads???

what cam w/ "mongoose" heads??? have a 02 z28 A4 with bolt ons and looking into purchasing the "mongoose" heads from AFR and wondering what cam would go well with them. Please any info or advice would be helpful since looking into doing this with in a month or two.

AFR will recommend their 224/228 .581/.588 114LSA 113ICL cam. It's been proven to kickass with their AFR 205 heads. I'm partial to the Thunder Racing TRak cam:
