Do Ls1 guys do 1.6 rockers?? I havent researched it much, but it seems like when I owned my Lt1 the 1.6 rockers were considered a decent mod. Honestly it seems like it's not quite as popular a mod on the LS1's.
Who here has done it on their bolt-on only cars? What kind of results did you see?

Very few step up to 1.8. The factory 1.7 rockers are very strong and work just fine. Plus, with some of the more aggressive cams out there, it's better not to use them.

Yeah, theres a few people the bump up to 1.8 or 1.85 rockers, but the overwhelming majority simply change lift and duration at the source - the cam. Most cams have all the research put in to make great power yet clear (piston to valve) using stock rockers. Why approach it from a different angle when youve got tried and true performers out there.
