Default Drilling LQ9 for F-Body Brackets

How hard would it be to drill and tap the required hole for the F-Body alternator brackets on my own. Is there any special techinques that you guys know of that will help make it easier.

shouldnt be that hard, if you have the engine out. It took me about 20 mins bein real careful. I dont know how hard it would be with the engine in there though.
