Default TR Trak cam vs. AFR 224/228

Is there anyone who has had both of these? What were your impressions? How would they compare against each other?I am going to use one or the other with afr 205's.

What are your goals? More street? Choose the AFR 224/228 cam...it's awesome. More strip? Choose the 233/235 .644/.598 112LSA TRak cam or an equivalent grind with XE-R lobes (lower lift).

Mostly street with occasional strip, how do each of sound at an idle?

check out the cam guide sticky at the top of page regarding the significance of lsa.

lsa (lobe separation) determines the lope. The watered down version:
115 stockish idle, 114 small lope, 113 medium lope, 112 heavy lope

if it helps, I chose the Cartek 224/228 113 lsa for a good lope and streetable power that still kicks at the track. in the 580 range for lift.
