Time to change the oil.
If it hasn't been very long, then check your PCV system.
If that's working right, then watch your fuel pressure to see symptoms of leaking injectors.
If that's okay, then do a compression & leakdown on all 8 cylinders to see if it's from excessive blow-by.

You will tend to get this if you let the car idle for long periods or do mostly short trip stop & go driving, especially in cool/cold weather. This is why I use the best (synthetic) oils with the highest TBNs (total base numbers) to at least give me a fighting chance at resisting cylinder washdown/oil dilution. An occasional long highway trip (over an hour) with some WOT blasts helps the cause also.
