lingenfelter cam hey guys. ive been wondering about the lingenfelter cams and what kind of power they produce? the LS1-GT1-1 is a 229/242 .631/.631 114LSA. i was wondering if anyone has used this cam?

they said it was used for n/a six speed cars. not recommended for autos. im just wondering which would be better, this or the ms3 cam? all the info would help my decision. thanx.
