Default Check engine light

Just wondering if its normal for the check engine light to go on after cam install or if it is something i should worry about..

They do sometimes cuz of a random misfire. Get the codes pulled to see what code it threw.

will a dyno tune get it fixed or should a dyno tune get it fixed

It may, but you could also have a bad plug, plug wire, or something completly not even related to a misfire. You need to pull the codes to see what the code is before any diagnosis can take place.
