Default Oil Pump Cover Torque?

Took my stock (19k miles) oil pump apart today to clean and port the inlet. Does anyone know what the torque is suppose to be on the oil pomp cover bolts? I used loc tight and snugged them up pretty good. Will that be OK? Thanks
