Default ramp rates

I have comp 918 springs and I want to use a TR224 cam. What is the life span of these springs with that cam? My understanding is that cams with high ramp rate are brutal to springs and that duals are the best to use.

Properly installed at specs I've read some threads here with 40+K miles.
But they should be checked every year or 15K for good measure.

cool. I just didnt know what effect that ramp rates had on springs. The cam doesnt have much lift so that shouldnt be a problem either. Thanks.
