Bead hone and new rings

Bead hone and new rings Im planning on doing a bead hone and new rings on this shortblock I'm about to put into my car. The ring kit I'm going to get is the standard GM one part # 88984247, does that kit come with all 16? And also will those work or will I need oversized (.250mm) I dont think a bead hone will but I just want to make sure. Thanks
