Default What cam with MTI Stage 2 Heads??

I have a G1 but bought these heads and may have some problems with PTV...

These are MTI Stage II Heads (1999 LS1 Castings),reworked in 2003 with larger Ferrea 2.08/1.60 valves, Ferrea titanium retainers, larger diameter Isky dual springs, and milled a total of 50 thousands to make the combustion chamber roughly 57cc's.

My G1 cam is 228/232 .588/.575 +4 at 115 lsa, also any guesses on pushrod length?

You should be fine with that cam and PTV clearance.

I owned this exact setup but with no milling. .050 is cutting alot. When I asked MTI if I could mill the heads they said NO! I will tell you the 115 lsa will be better than a 114 or more narrow lsa for P to V. Really you are not going to know until you test and measure it.

I used a 7.4 PR, and it was noisy. If you are not going to measure, just use 7.4s it should have a bit more preload and less noise...

Hehe, everyone I've asked said it's gonna be close. Won't know for sure until I go to put it all together, but how hard can flycutting pistons be?
