Default Time for a new cam.

Okay I have a X1 cam that is 230/227 591/571. I am thinking about going with a MS V.3 which is 237/242 603/609. I have done a search on this, but I was wondering how much differene there would be between the two. The biggest thing is I don't want to lose my drivability. Also my 5.3 heads have been milled so would there be any clearance problems?

I think the MS3, like the Trex, is one of the cams that are made as big as possible for a completely stock motor. So you might have some problems w/ milled heads. Someone else will have to chime in here.
As for driveability, you've already got 4.10's and people have said they can DD the MS3 with 3.42's. But bottom line, it'll come down to the tune. With a good tune, it should drive like a dream.

people DD the MS3 all the time, you just need to check PTV with those heads... are you an A4 or M6? i'm assuming M6 cuz i dont see a stall in ur sig, which makes the cam more drivable i believe. Many people DD the TREX which is bigger than this cam
