Cam Swap in progress..... You know what they say...."if it ain't broke.....TRY HARDER!!!"
I have been running a solid combo for about a year now, that consist of GMPP LS6 ported/polished heads, and a G5x3"ish" cam from TSP. It made solid power on the rollers (430/430) through a 10 bolt, and trapped 122 in the 1/4.
I have gotten the desire to go a little more hardcore with the setup, so i recently bought a larger Trex cam, and i am in the process of installing right now. I HOPE it makes at least what she made with the old cam. Since the last dyno, i've added SVO 30's, a Fast 90/90, and the cam. I've also added a ford 9" with micro-polished gears, and a steel driveshaft.
What do you guys think power wise and E.T/mph wise i can expect to see?
