Default ported 5.3's unmilled with 2.02 valves

like in the title, i am going to be using these on my stock ls1 short block. now my problem comes to choosing a cam. i have a ms3 with stock heads. i heard there could be piston to valve problems, is this true? if so, what cam choice should i go with? i have full bolt ons going to have true duals...

i love the ms3, but i dont want to have clearance problems.

thanks

Just fly cut your pistons to be safe, if you're not comfortable grinding away at your rotating assembly then post a thread in your regional section to find a reputable shop to do it for you

I am running the very same heads on my stock displacement LS1 and I went with a Comp Cams 222/224, 566/568 and it made awesome power. I was very surprised with the smaller cam. It made 428hp and 408 tq with a FAST 90 and NW 90mm /TB. Its got great driveability and the gas mileage is still 25++ on the hwy. I wouldnt go too big with the cam but that is just me, you reallly dont need it. But if you want it, make sure you fly cut for good measure.
