Default Advice: Would it be worth to change my cam to a bigger cam?

Hey all:

I have a 224/224 565 lift and 114 lsa.

Mods: All the bolt ons, LT headers, y-pipe with hi-flow cats, TEA 5.3 heads stage 1.5 with dual springs good up to 650 lift and milled to 10.7-1, built trans, yank 3,200 stall with 342 gears and a NX system.

I was thinking about changing it to a 228/232 588 lift 113 lsa or something along thouse numbers.

Is this worth doing or should I step it up a little bigger and if so to what size?

I am looking for mid and top end so this is whying I am looking at changing cams.

Thanks all

More HP, Torq and mid and top end. Better ETs and MPH, and a little more of a loppy idle.
