no everything that texas speed test is made so that it can be used with the stock heads, there will be no problem with piston valve clearance, but you will need to buy the pushrods and valve springs.

Are the stock heads stock, or have they been milled?

MS4 should work fine with stock heads otherwise, although they do perform better with heads. Best bet ask TSP.

Are you certain the MS4 doesn't require flycutting (on an LS2)? I've heard on another thread pertaining to LS1's that it would be....perhaps they were misinformed (post was made a few weeks ago, found during a search).

as long as there stock heads, there will be no problem... but using certain heads require fly cutting...
