4.125" is the longest I've ever heard of. I heard that the LS7 heads work best with a 4.1" or bigger bore, however the L92's are basically the same heads, unported, and they come stock on a motor with a 4.03" bore, so I think the LS7's could work on a 414. With a good port job, good intake, decent compression, and an appropriately designed cam, it should be close to 600rwhp if not over. After all those heads (L92's, not even LS7's) flow 330cfm stock.
