Default Can i use my stock valve retainers and locks?

I'll be doing my cam swap soon and didn't know if I can use the stock locks and retainers. If so does somebody have a few locks i could buy for some spares?

What springs are you using? I suppose some 918's would be ok, but duals... no way!
It is all piece of mind... is the extra worth the security... yes in my oppinion.

You can but I would at least reccomend new locks, the retainers are fine. The locks are inexpensive and its a good safety precaution, although I have seen many reuse them. I always like the added insurance of new parts.

When I bought my heads used they came with 918's and the were using the stock retainers. SLP assembled the car they came off of for what it is worth. If they did it I guess it would be ok although I don't necessarily trust SLP. How's that for confusing

I upgraded to dual springs and the Ti retainers
