Default max cubic inches for a stock block

wondering what is max cubinc inches you can get out of a stock LS1 block and how to get there as far as crank sleeves so on and so forth thanks for any info you can give me

darton makes a 4.2 sleeve, and you can get your hands on a 4.125 crank. I think that comes out to be around a 457.

dont know much about sleeving if that was done would the block loose strength and what would it come out to be if you used a 6.0L iron block sorry if these questions seem stuipid just trying to figure this out thanks for the input

There's a 500ci LS2 out there, ERL used custom sleeves and deck spacers to accept a 4.205" bore and 4.500" stroke. I don't know how much different an LS1 is, but budget permitting, 500ci could be possible.
