Default would this make the car lope loudly??

the mods are in my sig but i was going to keep the stock exahaust due to the fact that cops pull anything over around here w/ exhaust so i was wondering if it would really be that loud if i kept my cut out closed???

Well, lope has nothing to do with exhaust. But, if you're referring to just the loudness of the car in general... no it won't be that loud with the cutout closed and stock exhaust, but you're gonna hinder your efforts of the lt/ory combo (in terms of flow) with the stock exhaust behind it. However, with cutout open it'll be loud as hell.

your cam is going to be useless with it stopped up from the exaust. the ms4 like no backpressure!! so until you open the cutout you wont even feel much difference.

It won't make it "useless" anyway. It'll not give all that it could, for sure. But "useless" is nowhere near accurate.

The are less restrictive ways other than stock to have a quiet exaust possibly some bullet mufflers after the headers followed by some magnaflows after that. You could definitely gain some power from a setup like this. However, having a cutout is good but having both would be better.
