I'm swapping the complete 4.8 out.

I've already asked around, I know that the 4.8 intake will swap over and bolt up.
Are the runners bigger,
TB,
injectors,
sensors? Are they all the same size.

This is a DD (daily driver) setup, I'm not looking for a LS6 intake or a LS1.

I've been offered a complete 6.0 intake for $75. Is it worth it.

I believe all truck intakes are the same only difference is the injector size.

Yes all the truck intakes, sensors, and throttle bodies are the same. And I'm pretty sure they all run the same injectors w/ the exception of the '99 model trucks.

What would it be like with LS1 5.7 instead of 6.0L in place of that 4.8L?

the LS1 5.7 intake manifold is more for top end, and the truck is more for low end power.

Will the 5.7 fit on your current truck motor? Yes, buy you have to mod your truck water pump, or just use all the 5.7 front accessories.
