C2 or G1 MTI cam w/ 243 Heads? Howdy! I am beginning to look at getting a cam and obviously heads but am wanting low end torque to boot. I love having power off the line. I see that a cam similar to the C2 matched with AFR 205 heads will put you over 400 RWHP easy but I do not want to spend 2200 bucks on just heads.
What do you think of the C2 (224/224 .581/.581 112) or G1 (228/232 .588/.575 113) matched with some stock 243 heads and tune and valvesprings would do and how would it sound? Would it still have low end torque and put me over 400 RWHP for around 1500 bucks?
I am fairly new to researching this stuff and don't really fully grasp the relationship between cam and the heads through which it allows flow so bare with me please!
