Default head gasket thickness
how thick is the stock 6.0l (lq9) head gasket need to go thinner to bump up the cr after all my mods. couldn't find it. thanx joel

The ones in the GM performance book says .056" compressed.

Patriot measured theirs at .055, and they used to send these gaskets out with their heads. Other people have meausred them all over the place. The most common measurement I see is .054 compressed for both the 5.7 and 6.0 L MLS gaskets.
