Need torque specs for bottom end & rod to rod clearance?

Need torque specs for bottom end & rod to rod clearance? Does anybody no the clearance for the big end of the con-rod to con-rod?
Also need TQ specs for windage tray, pickup tube bolt and oil pan bolts
