you really cant tell from a picture of the lobes, if thats what you are thinking. most aftermarket (damn near all of them) have markings on the end of the camshaft denoting what it is, either with measurements, lobe numbers, a custom name, etc.

If the numbers on the endo of it look like they are stamped on and not hand written than it is stock GM. Als they have a 3D bar code on it, looks like some 3D blocks.
