Fel-Pro head bolts any good?

Fel-Pro head bolts any good? I stumbled upon a few sites that indicate the Fel-Pro ES72173 is a LS1 head bolt package. I can't find any reference to a Fel-Pro bolt using the search engine. Anyone know the quality, if they're reusable, etc?
