Default Cylinder Head Gurus-Can I use 317 heads drilled for 9/16 arp studs on stock LS6 block

Have a chance to pick up some 317 blower heads for my stock BLOWN LS6 motor, that have been massaged and drilled to accept 9/16 head arp head studs. I am going to be running up to 12 lbs of boost and what if anything can be done so these heads drilled 9/16 for arp head studs will work on my stock LS6 motor making up to 12 lbs of boost on my bone stock 346 LS6 motor.

THanks for your iput!

If you are using stock fasteners then buy the head bolt bushings from TFS like they use on the Fords when using a head drilled to 17/32" (1/2" fastener) and using a 7/16" fastener. Here is the link to Summit http://store.summitracing.com/partde...9&autoview=sku

You do not need to use the ARP supplied washers when using these bushings.

Good luck!
