A strong enough impact will pull it off, maybe turn up the air PSI.

The right puller will pull it off, they come off hard sometimes. Just keep working at it.

You need a REALLY good pulley puller to get that baby off. I bought one at Kragen made by Powerbuilt and it was total junk. My buddy and I got the harmonic balancer bolt out no problem and screwed it back in and then unscrewed it about 3 revolutions to get the gap between the bolt and the pulley. We torqued the center pulley puller bolt dead center on the harmonic balancer bolt so hard that it bent the pulley puller bolt while it was dead center and stripped the threads on the pulley puller as well. My friend had one that had much better flanges and it utilized pushrods believe it or not and we got it off with no troubles. You just have to keep pulling the puller cm by cm then readjust the harmonic balancer bolt then do it again and again. You might want to check Napa if you have one close they have a good pulley puller for about $40 with much bigger flange arms and center bolt. Much better quality. Good luck!

Just make damn sure you get as many threads as possible threaded on the harmonic balacer bolt but leave enough room to back the pulley off then readjust. I can't stress that enough.

You can rent the correct puller from Autozone. Installuniversity has a good write up on cam installs. Using the puller to get of the pulley is part of the write up.
Just be patient and keep working it till you get it to sit just right. Then crank on the puller and pop her off. Took me forever when I was doing my UD pulley install.

Good Luck
