At what size do you lose streetable power?

At what size do you lose streetable power? I've narrowed down my cam choices and now I'm curious as to what cam size do you give up low end power and torque for peak power. For example, is over a 230 duration cam too big for streetable power, or is it 228 or 232, etc. I have choices ranging from 224 up to 231 or so and this should help me narrow my choices down some more. Thanks!

On a stock displacement, stock compression LS1, you start trading off low end power faster than you gain it up high when you pass 10 degrees of overlap at .050".
That could be a 238/238 114LSA cam or it could be a 228/232 110LSA cam as both have 10 degrees of overlap at .050". Along those lines, the 228/232 110LSA cam would make lots more dynamic compression than the 238/238 114LSA cam so even though the 2 cams would have similar streetability, the smaller cam would have much stronger mid-range punch.
