Good deal (243's) what else would i need?

I'm waiting on the pictures from him but would ya'll say this is a good deal? Or where would be the cheapest place to get some bare 243's with no work on them. If i got these though, would I just need to get some new head bolts and OEM replacement gaskets? Where would be the best/cheapest place to get these, dealership or sponsor?
Thinking if i can get an extra 30rwhp out of my TR224 for 500$ then I'll do it. I already got 7.4 pushrods as thats what I have seen reccomended for the TR224 so I am hoping to still use them if i choose to go with new heads.
