Default question about starting a 408 on a 346 ci/t-rex tune

just wanted to know if it would be ok to drive my car to the shop to get tuned?
my old tune was on a stock 346ci
t-rex cam
stock 243 heads
30lb injectors
1 3/4 kooks headers with offroad x
fast 90/unported ls2 tb

that motor is gone and now i have a 408 goin in with:
stock 317 heads (cant afford the tfs heads yet)
a gasket to get me to 11:1 comp
257/266 .643/.622 110 cam
fast 90/ ported ls2
60lb injectors ( i know its an over kill but i god a deal on em plus i plan on sprayin a huge nosssss )
1 7/8 kooks headers same x pipe

so can i even start it or should i get a mail order tune to start and drive it.....to get it tuned??

mail order tune....itd be such a bad idea for so many reasons to start a bigger cid motor on a smaller cid motor tune

i dont know if it would start with the new injectors even, that bitch will be rich as hell. other than that, i dont see why not if your just going to baby it there, maybe throw in your old injectors if you have them still.

plus if its not broken in properly i wouldnt drive it yet, if its a fresh shortblock, i would want to break the motor in hard on the dyno to get the rings to seat properly by what ive heard.

im no expert though, just my opinion.

With the 60# injectors I would be concerned about cylinder wall washing. I have have a 408 being delivered from Erik this week, my tuner Mike Norris in Orlando, told me that if I keep my 30# injectors then I would tend to run lean since there are bigger cubes. From what I read these days a hard break in is the way to go, however I must say I'll be a little concerned until I get it on the dyno and see what the AF really is.
