Maximum valve lift for stock 2002 LS6 Valve Spring
I'm told that the max lift that these springs can stang is .570 before they bind. Is that correct? If so, can I fit a cam and 1.8 rockers that produce a valve lift of .569? Or is that cutting it too fine?

yEH you are correct according to the Lingfelter tag on my ported ls6 heads....
I will bag these springs for the Lunati REV doubles...the 918s would be a good choice too...

Re: Maximum valve lift for stock 2002 LS6 Valve Spring
My cam is a Lingenfelter 205/212 with .316" lift at the cam on a 116 centerline. How does the duration affect the spring compression?. Do you think I can run this cam with 1.8:1 rockers with stock 02 LS6 springs?
